Terms of Service

Using this website

Provide accurate contact and event information when booking. Do not misuse the website, upload harmful material, or submit content you do not have permission to share. Contact contact@paintinghangout.com or (646) 590-6504 if booking details need correction.

Reservations and payments

Review the class, date, guest count, amount due and any remaining-balance authorization before paying. Reservations are confirmed after payment verification. Our Booking & Cancellation Policy explains payment deadlines, minimum attendance and cancellation information.

Painting concepts

An AI-generated concept is for inspiration. Your instructor will review and adapt the final painting for your group. Concepts are not guaranteed final designs, and generating an idea does not reserve an event.

Third-party services

Secure payment, contact forms and painting generation use third-party services. Their availability can affect these features. If you encounter an error, contact the studio before submitting another payment.
