Information we handle

This includes your name, email, optional phone number, booking details, event address for Mobile events, painting ideas and uploaded references. Website and security services may also process device, interaction and network information.

Services supporting your booking

Stripe processes payments and authorized remaining balances. Hosting, database, file storage and email services support reservations and confirmations. Cloudflare provides hosting and security checks; Formspree forwards contact forms. We use website analytics, including Contentsquare, to understand site use.

AI painting ideas

Your description is sent to OpenAI to generate a painting concept. Do not include personal information. If you attach an idea to a completed booking, it is shared with the studio to prepare your class. Creating an idea alone does not reserve a class.

Browser storage and security technologies help maintain selections, prevent abuse and measure site use. You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser; disabling them may affect some features.

We retain booking information as needed to provide the service, handle payment records and meet applicable obligations.
