What is Painting Hangout?

Painting Hangout is a fun and casual art studio where you, your friends, or your team can enjoy a guided paint class — with drinks, music, and plenty of laughs. We host open classes, private events, and mobile parties at your location.

What types of classes do you offer?

We offer:

  • Open Classes: Public sessions open to anyone.

  • Private Classes: Exclusive use of our studio for your group.

  • Mobile Classes: We bring the painting party to your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and more. Payment is required to secure your spot.

Are there age restrictions?

Our classes are best suited for adults 18+. Kids 8+ can join if accompanied by an adult. Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol.

Class Details

Can we customize our event?

Yes! You can request a custom painting, choose your music, and tailor the experience to your group.

Do you provide all the supplies?

Yes. We supply the canvas, brushes, paint, smocks, and everything else you need.

What paintings can we choose from?

You’ll choose as a group from our wall of sample paintings, or you can request a custom design in advance.

How long are classes?

All sessions are 2 hours long, but we can adjust if your group needs extra time.

When should we arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled.

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable. We provide smocks, but paint can still stain.

Booking & Policies

Is it BYOB?

Yes. Feel free to bring wine, beer, or non-alcoholic drinks.

Can we bring food?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring snacks or meals.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Group size limits?

  • Open Classes: Up to 24 guests

  • Private Classes: 10–24 guests

  • Mobile Classes: 14–100 guests

What safety measures are in place?

We keep our space clean, organized, and safe. Please follow any posted guidelines.

Weather & Emergencies

What if there’s bad weather?

If travel conditions are unsafe or a weather emergency is declared, we’ll cancel and issue full refunds.

What if the class is postponed or the artist changes?

We reserve the right to change the artist or reschedule due to emergencies. You’ll be notified in advance and offered a refund or new date.
