Payments

Open Classes

• Guests may pay in full at the time of booking or place a 50% deposit to reserve a seat.

• If a deposit is placed, the remaining balance is due upon arrival at the class.

Private and Mobile Classes

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date.

• The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the scheduled event.

• Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment upfront.

• Deposits are always non-refundable.

Cancellations and Refunds

Open Classes

• Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

• 50% refund if canceled on the same day of the class.

• No refund for no-shows or missed classes.

Private and Mobile Classes

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a refund on the second half of the payment (the portion beyond the deposit).

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable in full.

• Bookings made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Cancellations by Painting Hangout

• Painting Hangout reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or substitute an instructor if necessary.

• If Painting Hangout cancels an event, guests may choose to receive a full refund or reschedule to a future date.

• For weather-related or emergency cancellations, full refunds or rescheduling options will be offered.

Reschedules

Open Classes

• Guests may request to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

• Same-day reschedules may be granted, but the 50% deposit will be kept.

• No-shows may not be rescheduled or refunded.

Private and Mobile Classes

• Reschedule requests may be granted at any time, subject to availability.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Requests made more than 7 days before the event may receive a refund on the second half of the payment (the portion beyond the deposit).

• Requests made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable in full.

• No-shows may not be rescheduled or refunded.
